Guiseley AFC 0 – Bradford City 4

City continued their fine pre-season form with a 4-0 at Nethermoor Park against Blue Square Bet North side Guiseley AFC. Gary Jones opened the scoring on 34 minutes & Ritchie Jones doubled the lead just 3 minutes later. In the second-half Nahki scored his fourth goal in four games on 62 minutes and he added a second from 30 yards, 12 minutes from time to put the seal a comfortable win for the Bantams.

The City side included 20-year-old former Reading central defender Jack Mills, who is currently having a trial at Valley parade. The former England U19 international came on as a second half replacement for Stephen Darby. The young defender made two substitute appearances for the first team during his time at the Madejski Stadium but he also had loan spells at Oxford City & Dutch side SC Stormvogels Telstar.
