Bradford City unveil new home kit for 2012/2013 season

Bradford City have today unveiled their new home for the coming season.

The kit consists of alternating claret and amber hoops with white shorts & socks. Apparently it’s almost identical to the club’s first ever kit worn back in 1903 – the year the club formed and played out their first league game against Grimsby Town.

City’s official superstore – ‘The Bantams Club Shop’ – will reopen for business (now on South Parade) from 9:30am tomorrow (Friday 29 June 2012) & this is when the kit will go on sale. Visit the club website for more details

Joint-chairman Mark Lawn said: “I’m a Bradford City fan through and through, and I, as well as everybody else associated with the club, want the success we so crave. Hopefully we will all unite as a club and gain promotion this season in our historic, claret and amber hoops.” :)
